Shipping and Returns

Depending on where your order is to be delivered, you will be offered one or more shipping methods.  Shipping times are estimates only. 

Prior to completing your order, you will be presented with one or more shipping options.  Both options estimate delivery times AFTER the product is manufactured.   

Products are made to order, and typically take 2-7 days before they are ready for shipping.  Production times vary by the type of product, quantity ordered, and capacity of the manufacturer at the time of order.

Example:

If the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days, and it takes 3 days to manufacture the product, the delivery would be 6-8 days from the time the order is placed.

Depending on the quantity of items ordered, and current volume of orders being processed by the manufacturer, it may take more time to process your order.

Mulligan products are made to order, therefore, returns are only accepted if the product is defective.  Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

Orders are not refunded for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

If your product was damaged in delivery, please take pictures as soon as possible.  If you notice the package is damaged or has been tampered with, please document it prior to opening the package.  Please help me help you.

Claims for damaged goods must be reported with in two weeks of delivery to be reviewed.

If your item is defective, please submit a Return Request.
