Adventures of Mulligan

After more than a month of being cooped up, we headed up to Etowah Friday.  Gorgeous weather.  Good thing too, as we spent a fair amount of time looking for my drives in the woods.  As always, the people we met on the course were super nice.  I think everyone was just glad to be out of the house for a few hours.

Several of the courses around Atlanta have been closed due to the Corona outbreak, which is understandable.  But Etowah, which is located about 40 miles outside Atlanta and stayed open.

Playing disc golf in the Fall always presents some challenges.  While you can follow your drives a lot farther in the air, things can get a bit hairy with all of the leaves on the ground.  Losing a disc in a heavily wooded course like Etowah is never really a surprise, but when Dave couldn't find his disc on the first hole, I figured it was going to be a long day.

By far, the first post is the most important.  It sets the tone for all posts to follow.  At this point, I have absolutely nothing to say, but I am so excited to say it.
